Bruce Heavin Media Production  Studio

The Bruce Heavin Media Production Studio, is located within the building at 950 South Raymond Avenue in Pasadena. Taking advantage of existing spaces well suited to media production, including a dramatic double height basement space, we designed a renovation for a new center for the production of online content. The spaces are located on two basement levels direclty connnected by a stair and an elevator. Production and screening spaces are all located on the B1 level including an interconnected lounge and executive screening space that form a sleek and coherent image of the new studio. On the B3 level a double height 1,000 s.f. live action studio is flanked by an entry  vestibule for vistors and storage for the users. The overall experience of the studio is one that presents an image of the future for the college and the media production facilities to literally project it into the future.
